  I visited My Vitality in Dec 2020 and Jan/Feb 21 in a world of pain caused by a bulging disc in my lower back.
  
  I could hardly walk and driving was impossible.
  
  Andre looked after me and I cannot speak highly enough of his treatment. The first visit was nothing but questions and diagnosing. Thereafter he gave me gentle exercises which were stepped up after each visit. It was slow and gradual progress, but for the last 12 months I have been living pain free.

  Professional and very helpful. Easy access for wheelchairs. Lots of gym equipment too.

  After having injured my knee, I saw Andre Dippenaar at the Hope Island clinic. His professionalism was outstanding. I certainly recommend Andre 100%. With the exercises he set for me were explained and supervised so I could get on the road to recovery. With his support I no longer need to have surgery. Thanks a million Andre

  After weeks of pain, I made an appointment at Vitality - Hope island. Andre was so helpful and caring and thankfully got me back to my gym and Zumba. Lovely helpful staff. Thank you
